About Climbing Ladders

Having seen first-hand the harm the COVID shutdown has had on children and recognizing the need to help children succeed in school despite social distancing and limited in-person learning, Ms. Victoria jumped into action and launched Climbing Ladders. Climbing Ladders is not about improving a child’s paper and pencil skills. Climbing Ladders and its unique and specialized classes are designed to get children to discover themselves and their voice, virtually.

Ms. Victoria has had years of experience getting children to talk in front of strangers even in strange and intimidating courtrooms. From the youngest at age three through high school, she gets the quietest, shiest child to open up, get comfortable, volunteer answers and share personal experiences. Ms. Victoria’s unique experiences have taught her how to work with children, to make them feel at ease, and to gather information. She gets them beyond the one or two word answers and challenges them to provide more detail, to be creative, to think beyond the obvious; but most of all, she gets children to understand and recognize that regardless of their age and size, they are important and what they have to say is valuable, meaningful, and worth sharing. Ms. Victoria gets children to think critically, to take their thought processing a step further, and to search their own experiences and knowledge to offer a guess or answer.

Motivated by her highly successful, parent-endorsed, and popular (SOLD-OUT!) Bye Bye Stage Fright Class that debuted online in October 2021, Ms. Victoria is now offering several other new and exciting classes.

Have no doubt, Ms. Victoria will get your child to talk and share. She will ask difficult questions, and she will challenge them to think, even out of the box. Your child will leave Climbing Ladders more confident in their abilities and strong in their voice. Ms. Victoria will get your child to understand that questions don’t just seek answers, they are the sparks that ignite conversations. It is through talking and sharing that we learn and grow, children and adults alike. Through storytelling we connect with others, make friends, and expand our world… That’s the gift which Ms. Victoria wants to give to your child.

Before classes sell out, step up, grab a rung, and let’s work together to help your child flourish and thrive in school and beyond. The good thing about Climbing Ladders is its ability to grow with your child. Ms. Victoria will work with them one rung at a time, from preschool to kindergarten interviews to preparing them for college essays, applications, and interviews. Climbing Ladders is all about climbing together with your child and helping them take flight as young adults.

Step up, grab a rung, and enroll TODAY!
